Growth Manager - Postpaid

About the role

The business is driven by data science and analytics, providing data driven solutions. It's one of the core business category of Paytm. We’re looking for a high-agency, execution-focused Growth Manager to drive scalable and sustainable growth for Paytm Postpaid. This is a hands-on role centered on owning and running growth campaigns end-to-end, from increasing awareness and reach, to improving conversion, retention, and monetization.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of growth campaigns across channels (in- app, push, SMS, email) to drive Postpaid awareness, activation, and usage
• Discover and define user cohorts that behave differently (e.g., by credit score
• Identify opportunities to increase visibility (impressions), CTR, conversion, and engagement using experiments, segmentation, and campaign innovation
• Run and evaluate growth experiments (A/B tests, control groups) to find what works,and scale it through campaigns
• Partner with Product and Business teams to improve in-app journeys, address drop-offs, and reduce friction in loan application flow
