About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing & Business Strategy Manager who can drive scalable growth by combining data-driven marketing, strategic planning, and business optimization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, improving customer acquisition and retention, and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute growth strategies across digital channels (Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email, WhatsApp, Marketplaces)
• Plan and optimize customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels
• Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to improve ROI and conversion rates
• Run A/B tests and experiments to identify high-impact growth levers
• Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to improve user experience and conversions

What you need
