Growth Marketing Manager (User Acquisition & Lifecycle)

About the role

Its flagship IT Helpdesk product, now Cloud Help Desk (CHD), has evolved from a completely free, ad-supported solution to a freemium, subscription-based model designed to provide users with an ad-free experience and additional premium features. We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own user acquisition and lifecycle execution across Cloud Help Desk and Inventory Online.

What you'll do

• Database Reactivation & Win-Back Funnels: Build, write, launch, and optimize targeted reactivation email campaigns for historical and lapsed users
• Develop messaging that communicates the value of the modernized, ad-free product experience, ease of setup, workflow efficiency, and minimal operational disruption
• Product-Led Growth (PLG) & Lifecycle Marketing: Build and manage automated lifecycle campaigns triggered by user behavior and product-usage milestones
• Own the user journey from free sign-up or trial through engagement, activation, and premium conversion
• Test messaging, audiences, timing, and conversion paths to improve acquisition and subscription outcomes
