About the role

As a Growth, Process & Data Specialist at the, you will sit at the intersection of analytics, CRM, and growth strategy - owning the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers our user acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end campaign operations: campaign intake, requirement understanding, audience setup
• Translate growth / CRM briefs into clear execution plans covering audience, eligibility, triggers, journeys
• Manage campaign execution across CRM channels such as Push, WhatsApp, SMS, Email and in-app
• Using platforms such as CleverTap / Seller Panel or equivalent
• Partner with Data / Analytics teams to define cohorts, segments, event logic and data requirements; ensure

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
