About the role
We are seeking self-motivated professionals to join our Global Reconciliation Services (GRS) group. You will perform cash and position reconciliations across Investment Books of Records (IBOR), Accounting Books of Records (ABOR), and Order Management Systems (OMS) against Custodians, Counterparties, and Brokers.
What you'll do
- Perform cash and position reconciliations for Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products
- Research, analyze, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR, and OMS within strict turn-around-time (TAT) guidelines
- Monitor cash levels, report overdrawn positions, and process accurate cash flows onto IBOR/OMS
- Ensure 100% accuracy and timely escalation of reconciliation exceptions to key stakeholders
- Update custodian/counterparty fact sheets and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
