About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Associate (GSA) for our Food & Beverage department in Jaipur, India. Upsell menu items and promote special offers to maximize revenue. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).

What you'll do

• Greet and escort guests to their tables, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas and side stations
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
