About the role

To provide excellent guest service by ensuring a pleasant dining experience, maintaining service standards, and assisting in restaurant operations.

What you'll do

  • Greet and seat guests courteously, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
  • Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food & beverages promptly
  • Ensure table setup and cleanliness as per hotel standards
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
