What you'll do

• Be instrumental in setting the tone for their stay and ensuring they leave with unforgettable memories
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, demonstrating exceptional service orientation and attention to detail
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and settle accounts accurately and transparently
• Take initiative to personalize each guest's experience by understanding their needs and preferences
