What you'll do

• Process and validate critical financial data points on Opportunities submitted by the Sales team in Salesforce CPQ by reconciling them against customer-signed contracts…
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to understand the intent behind deals and troubleshoot inaccuracies within Salesforce opportunities
• Identify workflow gaps, Salesforce object issues, and opportunities for process improvements
• Generate and deliver Salesforce reports in accordance with established SLAs
• Respond to queries submitted through the case management process within SLA timelines
