About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic operations leader to join our Global Treasury Operations organization as an Assistant Vice President. This role will be responsible for leading a team supporting Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, and Repo Operations, ensuring efficient, controlled, and scalable end-to-end operational processes across Market Ops.

What you'll do

• Liaise with front office, compliance, finance, claims, and IT teams to support the full trade lifecycle
• Provide Trade Support for Asset Management and Liability Management teams of Global Treasury
• Drive transformation initiatives, including regulatory and market-wide programs such as ISO 20022, T+1, and platform modernization efforts
• Lead end-to-end operational oversight of Treasury Investment Portfolio, Liability Management, Repo, Reverse repo and Markets Operations activities
• Support audit, regulatory, and compliance programs, ensuring ongoing adherence to enterprise policies and industry requirements
