What you'll do

  • Own the CRM end-to-end: data model, structure, hygiene, and scalability as the sales org grows
  • Own the broader sales/pipe gen tech stack: outbound tech stack, inbound routers, PRM, and related systems
  • Build seamless integrations across systems: data sync, alerts, and workflows that just work
  • Own territory planning: the single most important strategic initiative for a fast-growing sales org
  • Codify our ICP into account scoring and prioritization models
