Address guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining efficiency and courtesy
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Coordinate with various hotel departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences in the property management system to personalize future visits
