Guest Relation Executive

About the role

The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an excellent experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. The role involves managing reservations, greeting guests, addressing queries or complaints, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the seating process
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk and service team to enhance the guest experience
• Manage reservations, ensuring proper guest flow and minimizing wait times
• Maintain guest records and provide personalized service for returning guests
