What you'll do

• Welcome the guests, understand their requirements, and direct them to the right salesperson ensuring customer satisfaction
• Engage with the customer, understand the customer’s requirement targeting customer delight, and direct them to the proper section
• Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal
• Ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner
• Accurately gather customer data related to pre-purchase, conversion, footfall data, etc.) for the analysis

What you need

• 4–5 yrs of experience
• Retail sales
• B.Sc

• ₹20k–₹25k a month
