We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Guest Service Associate for our Food & Beverage team in Mumbai, India. In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our guests' dining experience, delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and warmth.

What you'll do

• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction
• Execute flawless table service, including setup, clearing of soiled items, and resetting tables between guest arrivals
• Take accurate guest orders and maintain precise control of guest and hotel accounts, ensuring all charges are posted correctly and promptly
• Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office departments to maintain operational efficiency and exceptional service standards
• Inspect and prepare all operating equipment, linens, and condiments before service to ensure readiness and quality
