What you'll do

• Be the face of our organization, creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while providing knowledgeable recommendations and addressing guest preferences and dietary requirements
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to brand standards
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination, timely service delivery, and resolution of any service issues
• Monitor guest satisfaction during service and respond promptly and empathetically to any concerns or special requests
