About the role

Seat guests promptly and present menus while providing information about current specials and dining options Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings while maintaining the ambiance of the dining space Comply with all health, safety, and food service regulations and hotel service standards

What you'll do

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival at the restaurant or dining venue
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature standards
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, wine pairings, and dining experiences based on guest preferences
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and address any concerns or special requests promptly
