• Provide attentive and personalized service to guests across Filia, BL Club, and Black Laquor
• Engage with guests to recommend menu items, cocktails, and pairings tailored to their preferences
• Ensure presentation and service standards consistently reflect Morgans Originals’ luxury ethos
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty
• Support daily operations in restaurants, lounges, and bars, including reservations, seating, and service flow
