• Resolve complaints swiftly and effectively, escalating complex issues to management when necessary
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize future visits
• Execute daily front office operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, room bookings, and reservations with accuracy and attention to detail
