About the role

You’ll work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, professional, and seamless dining experience. Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Delivering exceptional service – welcoming guests warmly, understanding their needs, and providing attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming, professional, and seamless dining experience
• Delivering exceptional service – welcoming guests warmly, understanding their needs, and providing attentive and professional service throughout their dining experience
• Creating memorable experiences – taking food and beverage orders accurately, serving dishes and beverages according to hotel standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Working as one team – coordinating with the kitchen, bar, banquet, and other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintaining high standards – ensuring the restaurant, banquet areas, and service stations are clean, organised, and ready for service
