What you'll do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations within guidewire policy center and claim center
- Customize and configure guidewire policy center and claim center to align with business processes and requirements
- Provide technical expertise and support in the implementation and integration of policy center and claim center modules
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the smooth functioning of guidewire applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in policy center and claim center to maintain system efficiency
