What you'll do
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets related to the iTRAC application
- Prioritize and categorize tickets based on urgency and impact
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather necessary information for issue resolution
- Ensure timely updates and communication with users regarding the status of their tickets
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of batch jobs within the iTRAC application
