Hallmarking Quality Executive

About the role

We are in search of a dynamic and meticulous professional to supervise Hallmarking Operations and Purity Assurance tasks for the West Region. The role entails ensuring compliance with BIS standards, maintaining excellence in hallmarking procedures, verifying purity, conducting vendor audits, and confirming material authenticity while upholding the quality standards and brand commitments of Tanishq.

What you'll do

• Oversee end-to-end hallmarking operations and capacity planning with Hallmarking Centre (HMC) partners
• Conduct audits on processes and drive the resolution of identified gaps
• Perform HUID verification and audits on outgoing products
• Maintain material accountability and conduct inventory audits
• Lead continuous enhancement in HMC performance, quality, and turnaround time

What you need

• 1–5 yrs of experience
• Root cause analysis
• 7 QC tools
• MS Office
• ERP
• Any graduate
