About the role

A Halwai is responsible for preparing Indian sweets, snacks, and traditional food items while maintaining quality, hygiene, and food safety standards. The role involves ingredient preparation, cooking, decorating sweets, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

What you'll do

• Prepare a variety of Indian sweets such as laddoo, barfi, gulab jamun, rasgulla, peda, jalebi, and other traditional products
• Prepare snacks and namkeen items as required
• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils safely
• Monitor cooking temperatures and food quality standards

What you need

• 1–5 yrs of experience
• Food production

• Any graduate
