Hardware Lab Supervisor (Servers)

What you'll do

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing lab resources, operations, and service execution to support business and engineering needs
• Partners with stakeholders to improve processes, optimize resource utilization, manage costs, and enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans that support program objectives and successful project delivery
• Supports resource planning, capacity management, and demand forecasting to ensure lab resources are available when needed
• Scope includes Shared Lab operations and service execution, including resource lifecycle management, lab reservations, asset allocation, hardware installation support
