HCP Engagement Risk Governance Analyst

About the role

As one of the founding members of the GCC, you will play a critical role in supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) transparency, compliance monitoring, and risk governance activities. You will help establish operational processes, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks while partnering with US-based teams to ensure HCP engagements are conducted in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Play a critical role in supporting Healthcare Professional (HCP) transparency, compliance monitoring, and risk governance activities
• Monitor HCP engagement activities and support compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct transactional monitoring reviews of HCP engagements and associated payments to ensure adherence to federal, state, and company compliance standards
• Perform data tracking, validation, and analysis of HCP interactions, transfers of value, engagement records, and invoicing information
• Prepare transparency reports, disclosure submissions, state reporting documentation, and compliance-related reporting results
