HCP Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for defining, building and steering scalable engagement models for healthcare professionals (HCPs), pharmacists, hospitals, healthcare organizations (HCOs) and medical associations across Bayer Consumer Health brand portfolio in India.

What you'll do

• Define segmentation, needs, objectives, journeys, content principles, cadence and measurement for doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Establish scalable education, recommendation and advocacy programs for pharmacists, integrating scientific education, point-of-sale activation
• Develop institution-level approaches for hospitals, healthcare organizations (HCOs) and medical associations, including stakeholder mapping, partnership formats
• Translate brand priorities and audience insights into a portfolio of programs, audience journeys, annual roadmaps and guardrails across HCPs, pharmacists, hospitals
• Identify and develop modern, competitive and repeatable activation formats spanning scientific education, peer exchange, digital engagement, conferences, CMEs
