About the role

Opportunity to fill the role of a global technical lead for a world class engineering team responsible for the project execution of Integrated Power Plant controls software. Through innovation and active partnering with other GE Vernova engineering teams and external customers you will have the opportunity to guide a team that will design, implement, and automate control software for HRSG/BOP/ST and integrated plant level controls.

What you'll do

• Act as a Program Manager for Design, develop and execute control system requirements and documentation for the Req NPI’s controls scope. Work with CTH
• Define scoping boundaries between NPI/new features and standard project execution and develop strategy for the execution of both
• Responsible for major project milestone new units approval (Design reviews) and quality adherence across all projects for GT/ HRSG/BOP/ST
• Proactively work with the Global design leader & alliance execution teams to mitigate the risks and develop solutions for specials/custom on the projects
• Define and deliver productivity and process improvements that increase the capacity of the Plant Controls team
