About the role

AH International Private Limited is looking for a results-driven leader to lead e-commerce, technology transformation, business growth, and agentic AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience building or scaling e-commerce platforms, driving technology initiatives, improving business performance, and leading teams or cross-functional projects.

What you'll do

• Technology and Team Leadership
• Lead technology and product initiatives, establish priorities, and ensure timely delivery
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Guide team members, strengthen technical capabilities, and support recruitment as the business grows
• Translate business objectives into technology roadmaps and execution plans

What you need

• 5–6 yrs of experience

• Any graduate
