• Understand specialty lubricant manufacturing technology to enhance efficiency and performance KPIs
• Coordinate, set up, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production operations
• Ensure process discipline and monitor production processes for optimal output and efficiency
• Analyze and improve productivity of production resources continuously
• Optimize resource utilization through effective production organization

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• TPM
• ISO 9001
• SAP
• Root cause analysis
• 5S
• SOP writing
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
