Head - Banking & Corporate Finance

About the role

Reporting to the CFO, the candidate will be responsible for leading the banking and corporate finance function across the group and its subsidiaries. Key responsibilities will include: Managing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions and other lending partners Will also include equity fund-raising/structuring assignments as and when required.

What you'll do

• Lead banking & Corporate Finance for a high-growth global group
• Drive large-scale debt & equity funding across India and overseas markets
• Work on International financing such as ECBs, Bonds Etc
• Coordinating with lenders for documentation, compliance, sanctions, renewals and drawdowns
• Managing credit rating processes and liaising with rating agencies

What you need

• 10–18 yrs of experience
