Head BD - Leading Capital Market Institution

About the role

Acquire and onboard Stockbrokers, Trading Members, Banks, Financial Institutions, and Corporates. Promote products including Equity, Derivatives, Currency, Interest Rate Futures, Mutual Funds, and other offerings. A successful Head - BD should have: MBA/Postgraduate with 20+ years of experience in Capital Markets, preferably across Exchanges, Broking Firms, Financial Institutions, or Market Intermediaries.

What you'll do

• Lead Business Development for the Instituion, driving growth in market share, trading volumes, revenue, and member participation
• Build strong relationships with market participants and key stakeholders across the capital markets ecosystem
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and regional expansion initiatives
• Develop business pitches, conduct industry events, and represent the Institution at forums and conferences
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to drive business strategy and growth
