Head - Blasting & Painting

About the role

Lead all blasting, surface preparation, painting, coating, and preservation activities for shipbuilding and ship repair projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and project requirements while achieving production targets.

What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and manage blasting and painting activities to meet project timelines
• Drive productivity, quality improvements, and cost optimization initiatives
• Coordinate with fabrication, outfitting, QA/QC, planning, and project teams
• Technical & Quality Management
• Ensure compliance with SSPC, ISO 12944, NACE/AMPP, IMO, and classification society standards

What you need

• 6–10 yrs of experience
• Production planning
• Fabrication
• Safety management
• Maintenance
• B.Tech or B.E. or Diploma
