Head Business Development in O&M [Wind] - Bangalore

About the role

Be a key player and contributor to the direction of this growing sales team Crush sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Scan the Tender Info mails on a regular basis for identifying assignments which the company can bid for. Terms related to O&M Sales is must. Around 12 + years of experience in Wind / Renewables Segment.

What you'll do

• Interacting with clients located in PAN India
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to meeting and closing
• Attend Prebid meetings and initial client meetings and coordinate with the respective department heads Should be familiar with Contract terms
• Track performance of O&M and generate alerts in the event of any under performance
