About the role

A successful Head Capex should have: 15-20+ years of experience in CAPEX/project leadership roles Proven track record in delivering large-scale manufacturing projects end-to-end Expertise in engineering, costing, vendor management, and compliance frameworks Engineering degree (Civil / Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent)

What you'll do

• Lead high-value CAPEX projects with full ownership from strategy to execution
• Define and execute the CAPEX roadmap aligned with business growth and expansion strategy
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility, design, vendor selection to commissioning and handover
• Deliver large-scale greenfield/brownfield projects, including manufacturing plants, infrastructure, and utilities
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, and regulatory standards (GMP/EHS)
