Head Chef

About the role

We are looking for a Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality culinary dishes are served. As the leader of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for menu planning, staff training, and maintaining food safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop seasonal menus, dishes, and recipes based on customer preferences and ingredient availability
• Monitor food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen supplies to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with restaurant management to create a positive dining experience for guests

What you need

• 1–6 yrs of experience
• Food production
• Food safety
• Diploma or Class 10
