About the role

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to customers.

• Lead and manage kitchen staff
• Create and update menus
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
