About the role

In 2019, we extended our operations to Mumbai, India and desire to expand our shared services segment there. Innovation is highly encouraged, which is where programs like our EB Xchange originate. What you'll do

• Oversee a team of accountants working together to provide accounting and payroll services for clients from a multi-faceted approach
• Reviewing workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner involvement
• Oversee the month/quarter/period end process including a review of month-end balancing and journal entries, analysis of GL accounts
• Supervising and delegating duties to Associate, Senior Associate and Manager level staff
• Providing mentoring and technical training for staff in the CAS department

What you need

• 12–22 yrs of experience
