About the role

The Head of Corporate Development will be responsible for leading strategic finance and transaction‑related initiatives, including: End‑to‑end ownership of M&A activities, including target evaluation, deal structuring, valuation, negotiations, and execution. A successful candidate for this role should have: MBA or CA qualification (CFA is an added advantage).

What you'll do

• Lead corporate development via financial modelling, M&A, and capital allocation
• Partner with senior leadership on inorganic growth, investments, and strategy
• Building and reviewing complex financial models to assess investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic projects
• Leading due diligence processes (financial, commercial, and operational) in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors
• Driving strategic initiatives such as expansion planning, inorganic growth assessments, and long‑range business evaluations
