About the role

Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate. Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee. Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/ Manufacturing/ Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability.

What you'll do

• Taking large underwriting position with sell down mandate
• Help in soft underwriting-hard underwiring with sell down of min amount of say Rs. 200 crs and syndicating another Rs. 200 crs trade in the market to generate fee
• Help prepare the bank towards eventual launch of Project Finance in Infrastructure/ Manufacturing/ Real Estate and demonstrate to MCB of our syndication capability
• Set up the full scale debt syndication desk for risk distribution and also deal origination
• Issuing syndication advisory in consultation with BU

What you need

• 18–30 yrs of experience
• Underwriting
• Reporting
• Chartered Accountant or MBA
