About the role

Role Overview -We are looking for a senior professional with strong hands-on experience and 360° Broking or Financial Distribution organisation. onboarding, sales, engagement, upsell/cross-sell, servicing and retention — along with the technology, people and processes required to scale the channel.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the Digital & VRM Wealth Distribution channel
• Develop a scalable VRM operating model, customer journey and sales process
• Drive customer acquisition, onboarding, conversion, AUM, revenue, upsell and cross-sell
• Develop a multi-product wealth proposition based on customer needs and investment objectives
• Build and manage high-performing VRM / inside-sales teams, including hiring, training
