About the role

Proven experience building and scaling a GCC, Digital Hub, GBS, or Technology Center from inception. Leadership background within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, consumer products, chemicals, life sciences, or similar sectors. Demonstrated success in establishing operating models, governance structures, and global delivery capabilities.

What you'll do

Build and shape a strategic global technology hub from the ground up
Establish and scale the India Technology Hub/GCC
Define the operating model, governance framework, and delivery strategy
Build and lead high-performing teams across Digital, ERP, Applications, Data & AI, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Engineering Technology
Partner with global business and technology leaders to expand capabilities and transition services
