Head - Digital Transformation

About the role

Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Head of Business Platforms will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise-wide business platform strategy across the group.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for business platforms across manufacturing, commercial, customer, and enterprise functions
• Lead digital transformation initiatives spanning Industry 4.0, digital twins, connected operations, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled business processes
• Drive the adoption of customer, commerce, CRM, CDP, and data platforms to enhance customer experience and commercial effectiveness
• Establish scalable enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities that enable better decision-making and business performance
• Partner with business unit leaders to identify and prioritize digital use cases that deliver measurable business outcomes
