About the role

A successful Head Electrical. Instrumentation and Automation should have: A degree in Electrical engineering with at least 20 yrs of work experience Proven experience in managing electrical instrumentation in a manufacturing setup. Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage electrical instrumentation and automation functions to ensure efficient operations
• Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and improving automation systems within the manufacturing setup
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to machinery, stamping, and machining processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy usage and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of electrical and automation equipment
