Head - Electrical Maintenance

About the role

We're looking for someone who has: 15+ years of experience in Chemical, Petrochemical, Specialty Chemicals, Fertilizers, APIs, or other continuous process industries. B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory). Electrical Supervisor Competency Certificate would be an advantage. A permanent role in a leading chemical industry company.

What you'll do

• Lead electrical maintenance for a manufacturing plant
• Drive reliability, automation, and plant modernization initiatives
• Lead preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities across all plant electrical systems
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of HT/LT systems, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, motors, UPS, DG sets, and electrical panels
• Manage plant-wide power distribution and ensure uninterrupted electrical supply for continuous operations
