About the role

Engineering degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related discipline; MBA preferred. Proven track record of managing complex techno-commercial negotiations and strategic supplier relationships. Experience supporting new product development, APQP processes and supplier technology assessments.

What you'll do

• Lead sourcing strategy for future mobility technologies
• Manage ₹200 Cr spend with global stakeholder exposure
• Develop and implement commodity sourcing strategies for powertrain electronics, ECUs, displays, telematics and supplier-designed components
• Manage annual procurement spend of approximately ₹200 Cr while ensuring cost, quality, technology and delivery objectives are achieved
• Lead supplier selection, capability assessment and long-term supplier development initiatives
