Head -Finance and Accounts, Finance Controller

About the role

Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, audit processes and compliance standards. We're looking for someone who has: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role with responsibility for organisation-wide financial operations.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy and transformation
• Drive business impact through a senior leadership position
• Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Compliance and Corporate Governance functions
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and support key business decisions
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cash flow management and working capital optimisation
