About the role

Qualified CA with 8-12 years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Financial Controls, Risk Management, or Governance roles. Proven expertise in SOP development, policy formulation, and process controls. Opportunity to build and lead the internal controls function. High visibility with senior leadership and key decision-makers.

What you'll do

• Lead the internal controls department in a fast-growing manufacturing business
• Drive governance, SOPs, and finance transformation at scale
• Lead the organization's Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework and governance initiatives
• Design, review, and implement SOPs across key finance and business processes
• Establish and strengthen Delegation of Authority (DOA) policies and compliance mechanisms
