Head Finance

About the role

The position will be the Finance Leader and strategic business partner for the Design Services Organisation, responsible for providing end-to-end financial leadership across growth, profitability, project economics, cash flow, commercial management, cost optimisation, financial controls, risk management and business decision support.

What you'll do

• Responsible for providing end-to-end financial leadership across growth, profitability, project economics, cash flow, commercial management, cost optimisation
• Operate as the financial co-pilot to the Business Head, ensuring that business growth is supported by sustainable profitability and healthy cash generation
• Act as the principal finance partner to the Business Head and leadership team
• Participate in business strategy discussions and provide financial perspectives on growth plans
• Evaluate the financial attractiveness of new business opportunities
