About the role

Provide proactive updates and reporting to senior management on compliance and finance matters. Qualified Chartered Accountant with 13-17 years of post-qualification experience Sound knowledge of transaction structuring from a tax and regulatory viewpoint

  • Support deal execution, structuring, and transaction document review
  • Serve as the primary finance and compliance contact for the investment team

  • Drive process improvements and contribute to transformation projects
